Stage 1 - Job posting
Our job posts focus on job description, candidate requirements, benefits and offer guidelines. For all of our posted jobs we are searching for brave innovators, supporters of the "outside the box" thinking capable of changing something for the better.

Stage 2 - CV screening and selection
Your CV should highlight your education, values and personal objectives together with relevant experience according to the requirements found in the job description.
The better your skills match our requirements the more chances you have to receive an interview invitation. CV selection is accomplished by matching job requirements with skills presented in resumes.
Stage 3 - Scheduling preliminary interviews
During the screening process we will select only qualifying CV’s that are compatible with the advertised job vacancies. If your CV is selected we will contact you in order to schedule the time and date of the interview.
Stage 4 - Preliminary interviews
Preliminary interviews will take place at Soft Pepper’s HQ in 16 Popa Savu street or the locations of our partners. The interviewing team could be comprised of Soft Pepper’s manager Laurentiu, one of our team leaders, Bogdan or Daniel, depending on the specific technical requirements together with a HR specialist. The interview could last up to an hour focusing on the professional abilities presented in the resume on one side and on your communication and social skills on the other. There’s no point in having a great idea if you can’t get it across the room.
Also now is the time to clarify all your concerns about the job, team and company asking the necessary questions. You will receive an initial feedback at the end of the interview and a complete one no more than two weeks after the interview. The second feedback will confirm if the recruitment process stops or continues. In case of a positive answer you will be directed to the next steps of the recruitment process. In case of a negative answer the recruitment process stops. You will be surely notified in both cases.
Stage 5 - Skills test (if necessary)
For some job positions it’s possible for us to request a thorough technical qualification test. This testing phase can be organized during an interview or as a project with a commonly agreed completion and presentation deadline.
Stage 6 - Final interview and the offer
If you reached this stage it means we want you in our team. At this point we will present our offer including associated benefits. This is also the moment when we commonly agree upon the date until you should send us your decision.
